If there are more power centers or if there are more (so called) leaders in a group, the decision making will be hindered and the decisions will not be perfect and the crew members might lack motivation to work and contribute to the group.
That's why a single, powerful leadership is required to lead the team towards success.
If there is no one to lead, let you take the lead !!
